The thing is, as we know, it’s been some time since Rockstar Games released that first initial trailer for GTA VI, and because of that, the expectations surrounding it have only continued to grow and grow. Naturally, it’s easy to understand that any leak about this game sets off alarms… Which brings us to the topic of this article:
As you might have guessed from what we mentioned earlier, this leak comes from the insider LegacyKillaHD, who through their X account, has already nailed some prior information regarding GTA VI. So obviously, it’s up to each of you how you choose to receive this information, but without further delay, let’s get into it.
The Story of GTA VI
Although we’re discussing some details about the game’s story, I doubt any of these could be considered “spoilers,” since they’re mostly quite “general” information, you could say. However, if you want to go into GTA VI knowing nothing about the plot, feel free to skip this section.
- Apparently, Lucia is the true protagonist of the game, as the plot will revolve more around her than around Jason.
- In the same vein, both characters will have different introduction missions, so at the start, they may not be together.
- The leak suggests that the central storyline of the game revolves around the personal lives of both characters, especially the struggles they’ll face in balancing their family lives with their criminal lives.
- Additionally, some missions in the game will be inspired by movie franchises such as Fast & Furious, to name one.
GTA VI Content and Gameplay
Another important piece of information offered by the leak has to do with the size of the game. Apparently, the main story will be shorter than that of Red Dead Redemption 2, which averages about 50 hours per playthrough. However, the leaker also confirms that GTA VI will have a lot of side content, making it one of Rockstar Games’ biggest projects to date.

- The game will feature corrupt police, just as in previous installments of the franchise.
